Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, a 50% deposit may be requested. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation.
4. Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines are based on project scope and will be confirmed in advance. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.
5. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
Upon full payment, you own the final content. I reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started but may be considered based on progress made.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and project details are treated as confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
8. Liability
I am not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of delivered content. You are responsible for final review and approval prior to publication.
